Production process
Prepare Materials
Select raw materials, cutting the board, aluminum and lining.
Drill Holes
Drill the holes on aluminum, positioning on the board.
Assemble
Assemble the cutting materials into the whole case, and then fix the case with rivets.
Lining
Stitching the lining to the cases, and clean the finished cases.
QC
Make inspection for the production in the strict standard.
Package
Pack the product with opp bag/ bubble bag, and inner box individual, and then pack into carton.
